A payoff date you looked at once is trivia. Save your plan and the site shows you, every time you come back, whether your debt-free date moved closer or drifted — and by how much. The plan lives in your browser only: there is no account, and nothing is uploaded.

Debt calculators that show their working
Most payoff calculators hand you a number and no way to check it. Debt & Bills does the opposite: every tool names the formula it used, links the official source behind every reference value — the CFPB's documentation of issuer minimum-payment formulas, the Federal Reserve's G.19 card-rate series — shows the date we last checked that source, and states the approximation it makes (interest accrues monthly here; issuers compound daily) instead of hiding it.
The calculators cover credit card payoff dates, the minimum-payment math and why it stretches a balance into decades, snowball and avalanche plans where freed-up minimums genuinely roll over, balance-transfer break-evens, deferred-interest store-card promos, daily interest, and credit utilization. Alongside them sit letter templates for medical bills and collections — each citing the No Surprises Act, IRS section 501(r), or the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act by name.
Everything is computed in your browser. There is no account, nothing is uploaded, and your balances in particular never leave your device — which is both an ethical position and, frankly, the reason to use this site over one that treats your debt as a lead to sell. Read the methodology for the full list of formulas and sources, or the changelog for every time a reference value changed.
